When it comes to creating content for your coworking space, one of the most important things is to show up consistently. And, wow, it is hard.Even for me, my goal is to do at least one blog post, three quality social media posts, and one of these newsletters a week.Arguably, it’s not that much to do. Or so it seems every Monday morning. But alas, it’s now 1:00pm on Friday and I’m only just doing it now. It’s no surprise. My week’s been packed full of gettin’ it done for my clients and connecting with amazing new people I would love to work with. Then suddenly, I’m dangerously close to not getting this done. But there’s one thing that helps make sure I sit here and get it done: the risk of inconsistency. That may sound dramatic, but all it takes is one lapse to cause a ripple effect of inconsistency in my content creation. And that’s something I can’t stand. Why?Because consistency is important for:
Showing up sporadically makes it hard for your members and potential members to connect and engage with you. When someone checks your blog, looks at your social media, or subscribes to your mailing list and gets crickets for three weeks, they forget about you.Nothing personal, you just weren’t giving them anything to work with. But showing up consistently makes you memorable and interesting. And it helps increase your odds of converting leads into members. So, if you’re currently handling your own content marketing, I can’t stress enough how important it is to plan out a schedule and stick to it.And believe me when I say I understand how tough it is to juggle with everything else on your plate. But it’s important. And if you’re struggling to keep up with it on your own, get in touch with me today. I'm here to help out.
